Terms of Service

All art drawn by me is copyrighted and belongs to me. If you commission a piece, or receive a piece, the art is for you to use as you wish, but I own the rights to it. You may not sell, trace, or redistribute my art under any circumstances.

If you are interested in commissioning a piece from me, please refer to my commission info sheet.

Do not, under any circumstances, bombard me with messages, especially if I have not opened your previous message. I will reply when I get the chance.

Please understand that I am a person and have a life outside of drawing and the internet. Sometimes I cannot get on the computer for days at a time, so patience is greatly appreciated.

All payments accepted through PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you CAN pay with a debit/credit card.
Do not send payment without permission.
Payments must be made within one week of the accepted commission. Specialty cases allow a 1-month extension, but ONLY for valid reasons.
Work on the commission begins AFTER I receive payment.

I will only offer one chance for a WIP when I finish the rough sketch.
Please only request to receive the WIP if you know you can reply in a timely manner. I prefer to do my commissions in chronological order, and if I have to wait a week for you to sign off on the WIP, you will most likely not receive any more commissions in the future.

Once the piece has been finished, I will only do minor edits, such as a missed marking or accessory.
If a large mistake was made on my part, I will fix it for free.
If a large mistake was made on your part, from lack of sufficient references or information, I will fix it for a fee, dependant on how much of the photo I would have to alter.

Fees may be added if the character has a cluttered/overly complex design.
Refunds are only available if I have not yet begun lining, or I have to cancel on your commission.
A refund will NOT be given after I have started lining. At that point, you have had enough time to know what you wanted to do with your money. Once it's been spent on my work and I have begun to work, I deserve compensation. Partial refunds are negotiable at that point, but I ask you not to push it.
If any unwarranted disputes are taken against me through PayPal, you will be blacklisted and banned from any further services.

Commissions will typically be finished from 2 weeks-2 months. If you are curious about what stage your commission is in, I have a Work Queue you may look at.
If I am running late on finishing your commission, I will do my best to notify you.
If your commission has a deadline for whatever reason, please order the commission AT LEAST one month from the deadline.
I will not accept a commission with a deadline within 2 weeks or less.

You are welcome to repost the completed commission with proper credit to me.

I do not take more than 10 commissions at a time. If you order a commission while the 10 slots are full, I will most likely put off opening/replying to your message until I have an opening.

If you ask for a private commission, I will still post your piece to my gallery, but I will leave the commissioner anonymous.

For NSFW commissions you MUST be 18 years of age.

Failure to comply with these rules, dependent upon the amount of rules broken and the severity of said rules, will result in a cancellation of your current commission and a ban from commissioning me in the future.

In Regards To Character Designs

Every design made by me is my intellectual property until purchased by another person.

From that point forward, the design belongs to that person. Only they may sell, alter, and order commissions of that design (unless the commissions are a gift for the current owner). Please refrain from tossing the design back and forth, as that makes it hard to keep track of the current owner.

You May

Alter the gender
Alter the body type
Alter individual colors/hues
Add or retract a small amount of markings
Change hair color/style
Change the clothes drawn on the adopt (obviously)

You May Not

Change the design until it is completely unrecognizable to the original
Sell the design alone for more than purchased originally
Claim the design as your own making
Redistribute copies of the design

Any offenders will receive a warning, depending upon the offense. Repeat offenders will be blacklisted and prevented from purchasing any further designs or commissions.
